The apartment is situated in a first floor wing of The Old Parsonage, a gracious Georgian house on the edge of the village of Boscastle, just 5 minutes walk from the North Cornwall coast path. The Old Parsonage is close to Boscastle harbour and to a range of good restaurants and pubs. Many Cornish attractions are within easy driving distance including Tintagel, Padstow, the Eden Project and good beaches.

The accommodation comprises:

• one spacious double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite (bath with shower over).
• a good-sized sitting room (including colour TV, radio, video player) with well equipped kitchen/dining area (including electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave).

Bed linen and towels provided. Central heating. Wi-Fi access. Parking on site. No smoking and no pets. Stays shorter than one week available on request.
