Rates for our Boscastle B&B are per room per night for 2 people sharing and include breakfast and on-site parking. Prices range from £106 to £140 depending on the room you choose and the length of your stay. We take a deposit of 30% to secure bookings. All major credit cards accepted (except American Express).

The minimum stay is two nights; three nights at bank holidays. For single occupancy a discount is often available out of high season; please ring us to enquire.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to bookings at The Old Parsonage B&B, Boscastle, Cornwall PL35 0DJ.

Covid-19
- We have produced a set of guidelines to help keep you safe whilst you stay with us. These will be emailed to you in advance of your stay and we will ask you to acknowledge that you have read and understood the guidelines when you check in.
- If, when you are staying at The Old Parsonage you suffer from any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19 you will need to inform us immediately, apply for a Covid-19 test and self isolate in your room until you receive the result of that test. If the test is positive you should return to your main residence as soon as possible.
- If, whilst you are waiting for the test result your stay with us comes to an end we will try to accommodate you but will need to charge you for your additional stay at our normal room rate.
- If you receive a positive test result and you do not feel able to return to your main residence we will try to accommodate you but we will need to charge you for your additional stay at our normal room rate.
Key Points
- We require a deposit of 30% to secure reservations. If you cancel your booking with 14 or more days’ notice, we will refund the deposit.
- If your stay is curtailed we will charge the full amount.
- Sorry - we cannot accept children under 12 or pets (assistance dogs excepted). If you arrive with a child or pet we will make every effort to book you in elsewhere, but will retain your deposit.
Details
- All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable.
- Arrival is after 16:00 – please let us know if you expect to arrive after 19:00.
- Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 on day of departure.
- We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guests' property.
- Accounts must be paid before departure and cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with us to allow for bank clearance.
- All major credit/debit cards are accepted, except for American Express.
- We provide complimentary on-site parking to guests, subject to availability. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners' risk.
- The Old Parsonage is a strictly non-smoking establishment anywhere in the building. Should you smoke in your room, our fire system will activate and we will charge a fee of £100.00 to your debit/credit card for having to undertake a deep clean of your room.
- We reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is party to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being of other guests.

What information we collect
- When you make a booking with us we collect the names of some or all of the guests who will be staying and the home address, email address and telephone number of the person making the booking. We also collect a debit or credit card number to take the deposit equal to 30% of your booking.
How we use the information we hold
- We use your home address as part of the card payment processing to validate the card.
- We will use your email address to send you confirmation of the booking, details on how to find us and other information you may find useful for your stay.
- We will not use your telephone number to contact you unless it is for an emergency or we have been unable to contact you by email.
How your data is stored
- All of the personal and debit/credit card data you supply us, as part of an online booking, is stored securely on a third party system called Freetobook.
- Neither we nor Freetobook will share your information with any third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.
Marketing
- We like to stay in touch with guests to send information about our B&B including any special offers we may have or local events. We only send emails to people who have given us their express consent when completing their registration form after check in.
- If you decide you do not want to receive any further emails please contact us at enquiries@old-parsonage.com and we will not contact you again.
Guest Registration
- We are required by law to collect the following information on all our guests. We do this by asking you to complete a registration form on arrival.
- For commonwealth guests we require the name and nationality of all guests.
- For non-commonwealth guests we require the name, nationality, passport number, address of next destination of all guests.
- We are required to retain these registration forms for a year and show them to a police officer if they request to see them. We will destroy these forms 12 months after your stay.
Access to your information
